Bid Group did not work...

....and 2 of my 3 snipes were not placed.

I had a bid group set up for three items. It was set to try and capture two of the three.
For the first the snipe was placed and I won the item (yeah).
For the second the message logged was simply "did not win" (boo). The winning price for the auction was less than my max bid. So, the snipe was not placed. But why was that?
The third item has the message "unable to log in" So, again no snipe placed. My user name and passwrod did not change, and definatly not since the end of the first auction I won that ended an miniute or two before. So what was the problem with that one?

Sounds like AS or eBay had a problem - log a support case via HELP tab to get the solution...
