Bid group continued running after cancellation?

Has anyone else had this problem?

I set up an AS bid group with three bids for an identical $900 item. I cancelled the bid group after failing to win the first one. However, remaining two bids were placd, and, unnervingly the bids were placed. Both were unsuccessful, luckily.

AS reported to me the failed bids, but no record in my AS account of these failed bids.

Is this me or AS?
