bid group blues

Hey guys,

I tried my first bid group and am a little confused. I followed the directions on how to make a bid group, but when I went to check it today the entire group was gone. Even though some of the items where still on auction. I did not receive a win notice or an outbid notice. I did get messages for two of the items (I had about 6 in the group) one saying "did not win...listing ended" the other saying "ready...lisitng ended"

Could someone enlighten me as to what is happening?

You probably just need to change your folder to show that bid group.

On the My Snipes tab, click the drop down box next to the small picture of a folder. Then choose your bid group.

Then in the box next to the word "Show" choose "All items."

That will show you all items in your bid group folder you select.

By default our site only shows you snipes in your "My Snipes" folder that are "Ready" to snipe.

You can also change that default if you want.

Under My Snipes Tab click on 'Modify Account'

Go down to the 'Display Options' area
Click the Default Folder arrow and
select 'All Snipes'

Then go all the way to the bottom and select
Update Account Information.

Remember the color you selected for your folder? Thats how you can tell the bid group from other snipes entered.

If it's not listed in the menu, it probably doesn't exist. Over on the right of the shaded area where it says 'Folders:' Click on Manage. That will bring up a list of all folders to edit and/or delete. If it isn't there, sounds like it's 'just plain gone'???? Confused

Don't know whether Sara will be able to tell you what happened or not. That's about all the help I can offer, sorry. Frown I'll have to leave this in her hands.
