LOST AUCTION, I CONTACTED SELLER IF BUYER DID NOT PAY WOULD SHE SELL TO ME. SHE SAID SHE WOULD KEEP ME IN MIND. WINNER DID PAY. I CANTACTED WINNER ASKING IF SHE WASN'T INTEREST IN KEEPING ONE OF THE ITEMS THAT SHE WON, I WOULD BUY IT FROM HER. STATED THAT IT WOULD BE UP FOR AUCTION TODAY (FEBRUARY 24, 2008)AND SHE STATED THAT IT WOULDN'T BE FAIR TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE SAME ITEMS AS I WAS TO SELL IT OUTRIGHT TO ME. THE ENTIRE WEEK ONLY ONE BIDDER. I USED AUCTION SNIPER AND PUT BID IN NIGHT BEFORE. WHEN I WOKE UP SHE HAD BANNED ME FROM THE AUCTION. REMEMBER I TALKED TO HER BEFORE SHE PUT THE ITEM UP ON AUCTION. SO DID SHE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE MY RIGHT AWAY FROM BIDDING ON HER AUCTION AND THAT I AM THE TRUE WINNER OF THAT ITEM BECAUSE MY BID WAS HIGHER THEN THE OTHER PERSON.

She has the "right" not to sell to you. From a marketing perspective, I doubt it was the right thing to do. Have you communicate with her since the close of the auction to see why she banned you?

Advance warning: don't be surprised if some jerk or a user comments about all the caps.

That might not be the case, as you're unlikely to know the full amount of the highest bid, although it's definite the seller made less than she could have. As it currently stands, you still have your money, and she has less - her loss.
