Our backup bidders were able to continue sniping during the downtime of 6am - 8:30am. However, they do rely on periodically checking with the primary site location and this caused there to be a higher than normal amount of failed snipes.

Our end of auction service that sends out emails letting you know if you won/lost the item you were sniping is still behind as well, so your emails for this may be delayed. We hope to have this service catch up within the next couple of hours.

We appologize about the downtime and will continue to work on making sure we have a reliable backup system in place for such occurances and of course will strive to make sure that downtime does not happen in the first place.
