AuctionSniper.com not secured?

When I log into my AuctionSniper account on auctionsniper.com, I do not see a lock on the bottom right screen or any type of sign that there is some form of SSL security.

What's going on here?

it's not secure so choose the secure log on if you're worried...

Yes I know the secure login button but I was wondering is AuctionSniper.com could make the lock default at all times to let users know that they are secured without noticing...
