AuctionSniper bidding on WRONG auctions??

AS is having some intermittent bug that appears to get auctions/snipes confused – the descriptions and prices. It looks to be impacting only a few people, but since it’s impacting you, that’s probably not very reassuring.

If you want to make sure that AS doesn’t place that snipe, your best bet is to change your ebay password, then regardless of what the software wants to do, it won’t be able to. That is most likely an overkill. It's doubtful you will have a problem - but that's only an opinion. As always, your best source of info is by contacting support, although it's uncertain that you'll receive a response before your auction ends:

Instead of placing the bid 10 seconds before the auction ended it place it 2+hours and of course I can't retract it from EBay. I tried canceling this bid on AuctionSniper long before the minimum. Now I've ended up with an item that is way overpriced! (My reason for wanting to cancel.)
