Hello,
I've won several Ebay auctions using Auction Sniper. I've recently noticed that Auction Sniper sends out a notice to the seller telling him that I won using Auction Sniper. The e-mail is worded as if I had written it..... which I didn't. Ebay is already sending an e-mail to the seller with all the winning bidder information. This notice from Auction Sniper in unnecessary and I'm not sure I like it. Is there a way I can turn this response off.

I'm a newbie, but I've browsed the site pretty thoroughly trying to find answers to my questions. If you modify your account I bet you will see you have "InstaMail" checked. This feature automatically sends an email to your sellers. I have it unchecked.

I found the link for my account on the My Snipes tab. Try that.

I wanted to point out that this is only dag's 2nd post. How many of us were helping others on their 2nd post? I'd say this is a 1st!

Well, after reviewing your posts, you seem to be doing a p-r-e-t-t-y good job yourself. I see you have a good sense of humor ("sherry" - that was funny), you posted an image (I just did my first), you already helped out some people, and are familiar with "search" (my personal favorite). So, I'm glad to see you.

And I've just received one of those Spoof Ebay emails pointing at this web page:-

Click here but don't fill in the form unless you are very stupid!!!!

It tells me that there's a problem with my telephone number and that my Ebay account is suspended! There isn't and it isn't...

Do you think people are stupid enough to fall for these scams? I guess so but you have to question their naivety!!!

I've passed the email onto eBay and informed their ISP. www.spamcop.com <-- brilliant!
