Auction Sniper Searches have not been emailed in several days

I have not received any searches via email from Auction Sniper in several days. What is the problem? Auction Sniper is losing lots of money by not emailing my searches daily as they used to.

I have dozens od AS searches set up and they have sputtered to a stop altogether, maybe a month ago. I've hit AS support a couple of times, and gotten 'working on it ' replies. Others here say that AS searches are sketchy or broken; use eBay searches. OK, but I need an automated tool: I scan for stuff continuously, and just wait for the email saying one of my desires is for sale. Manually searching doesn't work for this, I don't see anything like this on eBay. Do they support it? If not, are there free or pay alternatives?
