I cannot seem to grasp how a company that claims to have the customer base that it does allows it's infastructure to completely collapse multiple times within a week. I came to Auction Sniper due to problems with another similar company. I, like most others, run a full or part time business using the service. I personally spend approximately 10-12 hours a week researching/searching auctions. I am sure many of you spend much more. I usually end up with 20-40 possible snipes a week. This isn't alot, but to me, they are quality bids for quality items. Many of my particular items, as many are other's, one of a kind items(or near it) and will rarely be seen again. When I log on to find the site down, for the 3rd time in a weeks period, I find it completely unacceptable. Hours and hours of time searching and researching- GONE within 5 seconds. It is very obvious to see what snipes I "WOULD" have won based on the outcomes. At the VERY least a quality company should offer free snipes to KEEP the customers they have been lucky to get. Most customers probably stumbled onto the site and could just as easily stumble on to another. Instead, it seems the moderaters have an "it's bound to happen" and "we already know" attitude. They could say "we are very, very sorry and to prove it we will offer free snipes to insure we KEEP your business". It's not simply what a company does, but how well they do it. I don't expect anyone from AS to actually read this, however, without due compensation for the items I WOULD have won, I will be "stumbling" on to another source for my snipes within a few days. I am sure I wil not be the only one with the neglegence Auction Sniper has shown thus far in handling the current situation.
