On the "My Snipes" page there's a box titled "Update prices" right above your snipes. Try clicking on that. That might help.
To avoid using extra resources, AS doesn't update the current info for snipes when you bring up the page. They are updated on a periodic bases, but they aren't always current. So you have to use that box.
Hopefully that will fix that problem. Don't have any ideas about importing - I'd follow R2's suggestion.
