Auction Sniper Goofs

Ok, I would like to know how this happened. Take a look at auction 2369323820. Auction Sniper didn't bid for me because they sent this notification:

Your maximum bid is 16.26. The current minimum bid is US $ 16.56 with 42 mins 4 secs left before the auction ends.

And yet the auction ended with a high bid of $16.06! How did that happen? I'm kind of pissed because I really wanted those fabrics.

Dont worry about it Mardi it happens to us all. In fact it happens a lot in support cases we get. It's easy to forget about the bid increment requirement of eBays when sniping.

I got an email about 25 minutes ago where a snipe was placed an hour before the auction was to end. I have my lead time set at 3 seconds. There is a problem with the system that needs to be addressed.
