Both the app and the mobile site are down, have tried 2 different phones and have tried on 2 auction sniper accounts, app gives 404 error.
How long will this be down for ??

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. We are aware that our mobile app and mobile website are unavailable at the moment and our technical team is working to restore those services as soon as possible, but I am not aware of any current issues that would prevent you from accessing our regular website at www.auctionsniper.com.
I am uncertain when our mobile app and mobile website will be functional again at this time, but I will keep you posted on the issue through this thread as additional information becomes available.

We have just released an update to our mobile services intended to resolve this issue so you should now be able to successfully login to both our mobile app and mobile website once again.
If you notice any remaining issues of this nature, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “Contact Support” option.
