Auction sniper didn't place my snipe

I had a bid group, I had a maximum bid of 25.63 on an item. The auction ended for 24.50, from all I can tell a snipe was not placed. Furthermore my other items in the bid group show as cancelled. what happened here? Yesterday I couldn't cancel a bid, now this. I am starting to get frustrated. If there was excess network traffic, my snipe wouldn't make it in time, but it looks like it wasn't even attempted, and why were the other snipes cancelled? Any ideas?

file a support case.

this normally only happens when you win an item. even it if was weeks ago. You gotta create a new bid group. Once you win one all the rest get canceled.

anyways file a support case so they can look.
