This really IS a wizard... it DISAPPEARS!!

Roll Eyes

WHAT'S GOIN' ON? I've repeatedly tried both "www.auctionsniper.com/import" and "refreshing" the MySnipes screen to get the occasional ad banner to use this service. Neither rarely, if ever, works! I usually just get a "page not found" screen.

When is this enhancement going to be working? How about a consistent "tab" or "button" to access the "Import Wizard"?

This is REALLY a GREAT feature, when it works!

Cool

Hey, Sara... whatchu doin', workin' on a Sunday...
Razz I tried "Snipe It Now" once, didn't work... I'll try it again when need be. I just really liked the "Import Wizard", and wanted to see it working again.

You have my permission to take the rest of the day off... if your bosses complain, just tell 'em I said it was okay! Cool

The wizard with the new address (outlined in your recent e-mail) STILL DOES NOT WORK! Confused

Hi, Sara...
As stated in my previous post (of July 19th), I get an error page whenever I try the address you've supplied, i.e. "http://www.auctionsniper.com/importwizard.aspx". I even included the entire text of the error page. YOU NEVER REPONDED TO THAT MESSAGE!
If I needed to contact Support at that time, you should have said that then, in mid-July... after all, this was an ONGOING thread about the "Import Wizard". The Help & Support page states to try the forums FIRST, which is exactly what I did, from the very beginning... here, in this "SUPPORT" forum. YOU chose to ignore my 7/19 post (which was immediately after y'all sent e-mails about the new "Import Wizard" address) statng that it DIDN'T WORK, either! The only difference has been that now I get an error page.
I've seen the "Import Wizard" maybe 2 or 3 times since I joined in early June. I'd like to use it. I suspect that your other clients would like it and use it as well. Sooo.. what's the big problem iwht getting it to WORK?!
I've gone ahead and contacted Support as you suggested... hopefully, they'll be able to help... more than just your talk, talk, talk with no appreciable results. If you think I'm being harsh, just review the entire thread since my first posting of the problems with the "Import Wizard".

Hi... me again!

In the last two days, I've sometimes been able to get past that error screen to the "Auction Snipe Wizard" screen. However, it doesn't find any of my eBay "Bidding/Watching" auctions. It doesn't list any auctions at all. Any suggestions?

Also, I haven't heard anything from Support about the previously reported problem - "Support Case # 103974"

I'd REALLY like to use this feature... please help!

Confused Confused Confused Confused

Just an update...

Now, sometimes I get the Wizard, sometimes the error page (described above)... sometimes I can get the Wizard if I do a "Refresh" after the error page.

However, the wizard just imports my eBay "Bidding" section... never the "Watching" items!

ALL "AS" MEMBERS - PLEASE VOTE ON YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH THE "AUCTION SNIPE WIZARD" ("IMPORT WIZARD")!! Look for the poll "Does the "Auction Import Wizard" work for you??" in this forum.

Be well & happy >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> craig!

Hey, Snipers...
I've been working with Michael in Support on this... as of Sunday, Sept. 1, the "Wizard" seems to be FULLY functional! Now you can import ALL your current "Bidding" and "Watching" auctions, and choose which ones you want to snipe, all at once... quick and easy!! Just go to:

Hopefully, eventually, we'll get a button on the "My Snipes" page for this... 'til then, you might want to set-up a link, favorite, or bookmark for this most-excellent function!
