auction snipe not accepting my ebay user id

When entering a new user ID on AS you also need to re-enter your password and verify. Could that be the problem you are having?

Since you should not give your password on the forum, Sara will need to help you if that is not the fix.

thank you for your reply. I did reenter my password twice. AS just does not seem to recognize it - I continue to get invalid ebay user name even though the user name works on ebay. I have emailed support. No reply yet

AS support may take 48 hours to reply. Lots of people off at AS, so it may take a while for Sara to reply also.

If this is urgent, you might try changing your eBay ID from what it is now. Then try the new ID and password on AS again. Sign off and close all browser windows. Sign on again, and see if that will work.
