Have you recently lost an auction and are now experiencing insomnia, loss of appetite, moodiness, lack of interest in activities you once enjoyed (i.e. bidding on auctions), and a feeling of emptiness that just won't go away?

If so, I know exactly how you feel. I found the perfect rug for my living room but was outbid by someone way less deserving than me. Does this person own a modern red yellow and blue chair that matches this contemporary rug perfectly? Probably not. *I* do, and thus I should have won! I sniped, I waited, I danced, I checked eBay every two seconds...the only thing I didn't do was bid high enough. Now I am left with a huge void and a bare floor. Ebay just isn't fair! Frown

Anyway, please share your stories of auction loss so that we may all grieve together. Everyone needs a shoulder to cry on every now and then. Let the Auction Loss Support Group be yours.

Thank you.

OMG lol YES I have also been deeply wounded by a sniper on Ebay.

A while back I bidded on the most beautiful snowsuit for my son, it was PERFECT and matched something else that we already had. And at the very last second or two, some evil bidder cut in and practically stole the clothes off my son Frown

That was my very first sniper experience, I had been very innocent up until then Big Grin And after it happened a couple more times, I decided it was about time I did something about it... And now I'm here, woo hoo!! I can let someone do the sniping for me (although the junkie in me does miss the adrenalin rush I used to get when bidding at the last minute)!

Oh yes, I'm new btw and last night at 2am I won something off ebay that i REALLY wanted, thanks to the auction snipers Smile
