Auction Bid too Early!

My bid was set for 4 seconds out. AS placed it at 37 seconds out, allowing time for another bidder to outbid me. I have seen comments here since January about the same problem. Is this being looked into?

You could also do a search on “It’s not the last bid that wins, but ...” or some subset of that.
