Auction 280116204175 | Auction Sniper

Don't know where else to ask, so I have to do it here. What in the world happened to auction 280116204175. It is still in my snipes as READY- But no bid was placed and the auctione ended. I used to relly on your service, but a couple of times you have really let me down, on this one I can not stress how much you let me down! I can not stress how incredibly pissed I am, what did I do wrong? Or I just can't use this service again.

I just lost an auction tonight also! Said my username or password may not have been correct. I was logged into both this site and ebay and it didn't work although it said it was ready. It was working fine the other day when I used it. I'm not happy either, my snipe was way over the winning bid. I really wanted the item.
