AS says I lost--but eBay says I won!

The e-mail from AS says I lost "for the reason above," but includes no reason. In my snipes folder it lists as simply "lost," with no other indication. However, according to eBay, the snipe was placed and I won.

This is a far better problem to have than the reverse situation, I admit, but what gives? Is this another hiccup due to the system overhaul?

Hi,

If you could file a support case that would be great. For some reason we are still detecting some auctions as lost when they were actually won.

I believe we put on a fix for many of these cases around 9pm.

On Monday the programmers will go back in time and reset these listings and we'll correctly list the item as won.

Unfortunately fees will be applied time.
