Hi there,
I was looking over AS's Buying Manager and it states that it will cost a fee of 1%.
Is this in addition to the 1% that AS already charges?
Anyone know?

AS and BM are run by the same people, but they are two different services. One is not a part of the other. AS has a fee structure that charges for all auctions won using AS. BM has a fee structure that charges for all auctions won, without reguard to how they are won.
If you use AS to snipe and an account at BM to manage, yes, you will be charged for both.
