AS refuses to recognise my eBay username

Hello,
I've been attempting to sign up to the AuctionSniper service from the AS home page Sign UP page, but am having no luck. Upon submitting the form I always receive the error message "The Following data is missing or is not accurate: eBay Username.".

I am definitely getting my eBay username correct (I even resorted to copying and pasting it directly from eBay!) but the AS service seems to have a problem with it (I have tried signing up using both IE and Firefox just in case).

My username is:
Someone_from_another_planet

I'm suspicious that the length of my username or perhaps the underscores are causing the problem. Is this likely? Unfortunately I have too much feedback to consider getting a new eBay user name.
