AS public offering?

Is there somewhere to find out AS's history, how big it is and if we can buy stock yet? (heh heh)

I don't believe AS has a written history, and very interesting reading it might make, too. And do you think I'd be writing posts to this Forum if AS had gone public? No way...I'd be too busy clipping coupons.
