AS posted 13 seconds too early - why?

I see 3-4 messages like this, but no reply from AS. What gives?

What happens is newbies don't bother reading the FAQs or the postings so they post up questions on a public forum expecting a response from AS whereas if they read the FAQs and the postings they'd understand that AS adjusts the lead time for network traffic, especially on Sunday evenings when it's busy.

Makes sense?
