AS placing bid waaaaaaay before bid ends . . . .? | Auction Sniper

I used Snipe It Now on 2 separate auctions today; unfortunately, instead of waiting to place the bids during the lead time, the bids were placed immediately.

What am I doing wrong?

Maybe nothing. As was down today for some time. I assume you set your snipe time, etc. I would contact them because possibly you will get free snipes.

If you could supply the auction #s, lead times, and bid amounts it might help in solving this.

Only the forum was down today. AS wasn't having any problems. The forum uses a different company (infopop), with their own servers.
