AS is not bidding for me when item had "0" bids at the end of auction!!! I lost a several items this way then I started bidding the opening bid at the lowest amount, then if no one else bid, AS would bid the same as I had, and charge me for a snipe. It looks like there has to be at least 1 bid on the item for AS to bid for you. On the bidding results page on ebay looks like a double bid for the same amount, I have several of these.
