AS Cancelled bidgroups--TWICE--and I didn't want them ended!

What is going on?? I had a bidgroup set up. I checked it--AS had cancelled all snipes! I cleaned it out, and reset the bidgroup. IT DID IT TO ME AGAIN. The auctions have not ended yet, but thats not the point. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

And btw, I opened a complaint with the Help forum a week ago, have had ZERO response.

Only 1 win per bid group.

Start a new one and add your items to that one.

That's the way bid groups were meant to be used. You cant win more than 1 item per bid group and you're almost for sure reusing one where you've already won an item.
