ARRRGGGHH!!!!! password not correct???

I just loved watching my snipe NOT GO THROUGH!!
When I went to the confirm page the response was that the password was incorrect. UHM.... strange the password works fine when I sign on with it on ebay and the snip site since it's the same password for both sites!!!!!!!

That is frustrating!

As you've checked and rechecked that the passwords match then I suggest that you log a support case with AS via the HELP tab above to resolve this one. They may even give you some free snipes...

Perhaps an eBay error then.

You should note that starting in only a few days eBay wont allow you to use your email address anymore as your eBay UserId. Perhaps that is already the problem.

What you should do is change your eBay userId to be just a word, and not your email address. Then come to our site and click the MySnipes tab, then the Modify Account link just below the My Snipes tab and update our site to your new eBay UserId.
