Item went for 390, report reason was 'Ready'.

It seems the auctions that I lose that I should have won have a losing reason of 'Ready'. Where as auctions that I really lost have 'outbid' or proxy outbid or somethign similar as a reason in the e-mail sent to me.

Of course I also got nailed by the bid group bug and lost a bunch of auctions that way too, but I'm not counting those with this particular issue.

I noticed someone made mention of a bug in bid groups. Just for the record, I've experienced it, too. I've had 3 snipes in one bid group to not work in spite of the max bid being higher than the winning bid and lead times of 9 - 16 seconds. They were little items that there are a lot of, so I'll get one later HOPEFULLY when the bug is fixed. If the Sniper Goddess would like some specifics, let me know.

...or, I guess I COULD bid manually!!!! (GASP!!) I'm not sure I remember HOW!

We checked, everything is running fine now. eBay made some changes earlier today and we easily adjusted.

You're welcome. I posted a slightly longer explanation of what happened in another thread. eBay had made a really big change in how bidding works. Luckily we had well programmed code and it was an easy update for us.
