I am new to this great service. Wanted to introduce myself and ask a question.
When an item is moved from Wins to Archive,
how long will it remain archived before being
deleated by AS.

Is there a way to manually delete archived wins?

How about it Sara, is there any way to delete items from 'Wins' or 'Archived' ?
I've got items that are complete, and don't ever want to see information again.

I am no expert, but I can tell you how I do it.
1. On the my snipes page. on the right hand side, first change the number from 25 to 100 to cover all.
then change SHOW to: items won.
when things settle down you should see all the items won.
2. Now, on the left hand side. will see checked (all)
click on the (all). Again wait till things settle down. Now you should see check marks in all the boxes (you could have checked all the boxes yourself but I am lazy)
3. Now on that same left hand side. click on cancel. Again let it settle down.
They should all be shown canceled. You can do the same with the Not Won.
I am sure there is an easier way, I just don't know it.

That's true for the snipes data under the My Snipes tab, but under the Wins tab, for My eBay Wins, and Archive, there IS NO cancel button.

You have to get rid of the ones on the main "my snips" first I think. As to the other I think they keep that for the $ accounting of your funds. Now that is a horse of another color. I thought that you all were talking about cleaning up your main snipes records.

I just went to my my snipes and then did the wins tab bit. They import that information from e-bay. SOOOO to get that under control. You will have to go to your regular EBay account page. Then go down to the wins/loss's and erase those. That will clean that up. All this takes a bit of time, but is sure worth the effort to clean things up.

Hi puppy, I think our messages crossed in the meantime. Just go to your ebay account page and clean that out and see if that will do what you are needing. Please let me know..

Tried what you suggested with nothing under watching, bidding, won, did not win, for last 30 days (that's the max) No workey.
I just noticed I even have an item in My Wins at AS that I used a 'Buy it Now' option to get!
Now if you delete Items I've won on eBay, and then import wins into Tracker, deleted items will not be imported. But, doing that will not get rid of items that were already imported.

Just between you and me, I don't use tracker either. I find eBay just fine for keeping track of what I've done and still need to do. Same with AS' search, eBay just seems to suit me better.
The items I have in Wins tracker are things imported when I was first peeking and poking around AS. Wins tracker would be good for keeping track of things for longer than 30 days, but if an auction isn't complete by then, that usually means there is a problem. If the auction IS complete, I don't want to see it anymore.

No, there‘s no way to delete them. We do include all your wins as a courtesy, but we‘re certainly not billing off of them. Only those that show up under Balance are those we consider billable.
Click on Balance under the My Snipes tab after logging in, and note the balance at the bottom of the page. You can also access previous months there.
