We used to make ginger beer - found that it was best using proper beer yeast instead of bread yeast.
We also make instant lemonade - very nice!
Chuck a complete lemon, a dozen ice cubes and a bit of sugar into liquidiser for 10 seconds. Makes a dreadful noise.
Strain liquid off in a sieve, and there you are!
You can use an orange (no sugar) or a couple of limes.
