Additional help need for another "no snipe" attack-- cause?

Thanks for the note and input... I did try the Update Price icon before posting the query. When refreshed, it seemed to me that nothing had changed (prices did not change), but I may have missed something...

As another observation, the entire bidgroup remained unchanged for at least 45 minutes after bidding ended.... Eventually, it was emptied and seen only on the bid calendar... not sure what the significance is of this observation, but it was noted.

We sniped that item. All of them in fact. The conformation shows we sniped.

Change your folder to your Outdoor Lights folder, then change the "Show" drop down box to "Snipes I've Lost" then click the confirmation button next to the losing snipe.

However, something strange is going on. I've never seen so many "Not in time" bids before. We are sniping but none of your bids are making it to eBay in time, even though you used a 25 second lead time these last few auctions. And they didnt end exactly on a quarter hour.

I'm sending it to a program. Either you have incredibly bad luck and ran into eBay slowdowns at weird times 2 days in a row, or something is wrong.

It doesnt seem to be a site wide thing as we're generally making everyones snipes on time. So we'll see whats up.

I would agree with Sarah that something seems to be askew, in that I have lostother items in the same way using lower lead times... I have been increasing the lead time, yet still am seeing similar problems..... Thanks for looking into the issue(s) and keeping all of us informed.
