Activa photo links in Snipes won't open auction item

This week, I've activated 5 snipes but the thumbnail photo of the Ebay item will not open the auction window on ANY of them!

When I click on the thumbnail I get
"The page cannot be displayed"

All the URLs start like this
http://www.auctiva.com/showcase/ShowcaseItems.aspx?item=http%3A//cgi.ebay.com/

It's not my Google popup blocker either
because I've tried turning it off.

Thanx! I've been sniping since Dec 01. Couldn't live without it. (-;

Also what happens when you click the title of the item on AuctionSniper? Same thing?
