What;s with the new format? It used to be so easy to read--all winning snipes were listed with their respective fees (or FREE if it was), and the current account balance. It was simple to see when one had been credited with free snipes. Now the folder lists fees, some of which say paid and some of which do not (are these the free ones?), and the balance is unclear. Please advise how to read this new format.
Speaking of new format, the titles and graphics still need working. The logo and title tabs at the top look grainy and unprofessional, whereas the former one looked sharp and professional. Thanks.
