Afraid so, Mike! And you haven't missed anything!!
A word regarding counterfeit bank cashier’s checks and money orders (I’m confident that M.O.’s were discussed somewhere in this thread).

All,
As an update I received an email from the seller this morning, subject “from eBay member”
"i got the western union payment, i am ready to ship.
will you please send me the description of items you bought?
i cant find them on my ebay.
thanx,"
This was a reply to many emails, which at the bottom of the email had the item numbers and description; those were also included on the money order.
So I think getting back on thread this guy can't function.

All,
So in the end, I am out 38.50 that I will get from Bidpay, I have confirmed there is a bug on their site when filing a complaint so this is the transaction that went bad.
If you use Bidpay and use their online form for resolution be aware that when you just the selection that lets you input subject, order number and then describe the problem, bidpay does not use the order number from the link you followed to get to this point (8-10 steps back) they make the subject the LAST ORDER NUMBER YOU PLACED. So be aware if you use BIDPAY

Alan, well, that's nice...not! What is it with these companies?! Don't you get tired of battling with all of them? Seems it is constant.

Has anyone noticed that PMs don't raise the count anymore?
nope but I rarely PM as I'm happy to share my secrets/bitching with the rest of the forum.

As I said before, if you like I’ll be glad to contact Infopop about this. What ever you do, don’t go bothering poor Bill’s serenity with more emails/posts like this:quote:Originally posted by Serenity:

R2, I do use it some, but I don't think PMs should count toward posts here, so it is a good change, I think.
