? about providing the snipe service for my customers

I am one of the largest sellers of star wars items on ebay. Almost 1/3 of my customers are from overseas and cannot be around to bid on my auctions near the end. I know that you get 3 free snipes and then you have to pay, but do you have to pay before you use the 4th one? In other words, lets say one customer wants to snipe like 10 items. Do they have to pay before they do this? Also is there any way that I can set up accounts for my customers and pay their fees?

I think that after you win the third, you must provide a payment option. I don't know how it works if you place 10 at a time though.

When I was through my 3 free auctions AS basically suspended my snipes (rightfully, by the way) until I entered a valid credit card number. Then they were on again.
