It's been too long. I remember the web address ends with (I think) the first 4 characters of your ID, followed by the case number.

A link was in the email you received back from AS. You should have received this shortly after entering the support case. I guess you deleted it huh?

If and when they come up with an answer, they should send another email with the link.

Is it something we (other users) might be able to help with?

If not, I'd file another with an apology for losing the link. Re-state you case.
