I just checked my bids and was told that my maximum bid was below the minimum. apparently someone entered a bid of (!) 1200 EUR for a teapot. I couldn't believe my eyes. Then I looked again and saw that the name of the seller was wrong. So I checked the item on eBay. There the maximum bid was only 5.50 and of course the seller hadn't changed. The seller who is being shgown on my AS page isn't even selling anything!
The same thing is happening on a second bis. AS shows the wrong amount and a wrong seller. So it seems we can't even trust the normal "my snipes" page anymore.
I really liked AS alot, but for now I will honestly admit that after having lost two auctions with AS I have used another sniper software. And it works...
I'd still PREFER AS but what's the point if the support people won't answer any questions HONESTLY? I've been on and off their support system for days now. They are very polite. And they aren't changing anything. I am really not happy.
