Neither auction ends at a time that requires longer lead times. 5 seconds is probably safe. If it was me, I'd use 8. The 18:00:10 is close to ending on the exact hour. There's more auctions that end on exact hours, so traffic is higher. It's 10 seconds away, so it's probably safe, but you might want to add 3 or 4 seconds to be safe (AS recommends 20 to 25 seconds, but since it's not exactly on the hour, 20 to 25 would probably be an overkill.)
