Renaldoaoa, actually, assuming you were refering to credit card info, it can be deleted and or changed. Go to My Snipes page and Modify Account.

If you click on "My Snipes" tab, then "Modify Account", then roll down to InstaMail, there's a box titled "Custom Message".

To removing credit card info you must file a support case from the help page and make the request.
