It's all new to me. I have one question.
If 2 or more people use AS, and bid on the same item with the same max "WHO WINS"?

Most likely the person with the highest lead time. AS will execute both snipes as it doesn't play one sniper against the other. So which ever snipe gets in first, assuming it's the highest bid, will take the gold. This is another good argument for using longer lead times.

The one whose bid eBay accepts first wins. If both had the same lead time it would be random.

If one had a longer lead time than the other, say 6 seconds instead of 5, they would win.
