2 ebay IDs, 2 different AS accounts? | Auction Sniper

I have 2, ebay ID's. Can I sign up for 2 different AS accounts to be put in separate ebay ID's? I don't want to use the same one for both. If so, can I use my first one to sign up for the 2nd?

I was sure this had come up before, but a search of the Forum archives came up empty. You'll need AS tech support for a definitive answer on this, although I can't see any harm to it. A corollary question is: will you get three free snipes for each account?
