On some forums (fori for latin scholars) you can vote for people's karma, adding or taking away from their score depending on how you rate them. Here it's just a reflection on the number of contributions made by an individual to the forum. It means very little - some long-termers have upped their karma by prolific use of "yeah, I agree" type responses and "Welcome to the forum" replies to newbies (you'll get some of these soon). I like to think that all of my contributions to my karma (I'm at level 5 of 8) have been worthwhile, helpful and constructive.

One always likes to "think" that, doesn't he? Such as in "bras", sooo constructive!

Irony: In literary criticism, the effect of language in which the intended meaning is the opposite of what is stated. The title of Jonathan Swift's "A Modest Proposal" is ironic because what Swift proposes in this essay is cannibalism — hardly "modest".

Actually, as a Latin scholar would tell you, the Latin plural would be fora.

I seem to remember this from school:

belli <--- subject/plural?!?

The nominative case of the word you mentioned is bellus, and that does indeed become belli. However, the nominative forum becomes fora. If the word were forus, then it would become fori, but it isn't and it doesn't.

Just do a simple search on the plural of forum and you will quickly see.

I didn't know Latin was even taught anymore, guys! I thought they abandoned it in the dark ages! ( When I graduated from highschool! )
