Major Auction data corruption

I'm having some severe data corruption in the Auctionsniper 'my snipes' list.

I have about 15 items in a RED bid group (seller has multiple of same item, I'm need one, I have snipes on all, using bid groups to manage), and 2 items in and ORANGE group (different sellers) .

Scanning the list, I see that one of the ORANGE items is completely the wrong item. Wrong title, etc. When I click the wrong title, I get to the correct ebay item. I deleted the bad item, and re-sniped and it looks OK.

Of the 15 items in the RED group, 1 of them shows my $11 bid, with an ebay max of .99, but also has the warning message that my bid is too low. Checking ebay shows that the item is in fact .99. (item 5857890359)

Another item in the group, shows a different (wrong) seller, and a price of $1000. (5857805494)

Another item in the same group show my max of $11, and an ebay price of $357.01. Its really .99 over at ebay. (5858188720)

'update prices' just changes the corrupt data around. Now, one of my ORANGE snipes has a weird ebay price.

So, is this problem limited to the display of the my snipes page, or are the actual snipes going to have major problem too. I need to know what I'm dealing with here.

Whatever it is, somebody really broke something very badly in your code.

I don't use groups, but I've had a similar problem twice in the last 3 days. I received an email message that I'd been outbid, and the displayed message has the correct item number, but totally different description, but links to the correct item that contradicts the info in the outbid notice. So far it's only happened on items with opening bids under $1. Not sure if this is a factor. I canceled the first snipe that it happened on and re-entered a new snipe for the same item and won it. The second auction is still open. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's giving me fits, too. I have had to delete and resubmit two bids. One was for the wrong auction, wrong number of current bids, wrong current bid price, wrong seller, wrong everything. The other showed that my maximum bid was too low, even though there was only 1 existing bid, well beneath my minimum.

I am new to AS, and I find this troubling. The reason why I decided to join was to make my bidding as hassle and maintenance free as possible. Now I'm feeling the need to continuously monitor my account to make sure that it's not going to do something strange.

I'm giving it another week, and if it isn't fixed by then, I'll probably move on. I get enough aggravation in my life without paying for the privilege.

This is a very real problem. It's more than just what's displayed. I currently have an item in my snipes list that has already ended. AS has the wrong title and thinks there is 17 hours to go. I've already lost because no bid was placed. AS support has blown off my detailed reports. I even included a screen shot. It's obvious that they didn't even try to understand the problem.
