Hello Kimmie,
I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble with bidding.
In order to better understand what happened during the auction in question, could you provide the eBay item number?
Thanks,

That sucks to here...so your saying that the seller might have bid up his own auction to raise the bid, then once it maxed out, they retracted the last bid? If that's the case, eBay should investigate that...I'm sure it's a violation in their agreement. Some shady people selling out their.

I know of a couple of cases in the past where a seller has a partner to bid up a product. This is why I alway use AS in the bidding process because it minimizes this practice. I love this program and the process. AS has saved me dollars and time. AS helps with the bidding wars and spending more than I have should for an item. It takes a lot of the emotion out of the process. You decide how much an item is worth to you and walk away...perfect.

Or they could have been testing the max bid of the other bidder...
Why are you bothered - as a sniper you set your max and walk away!
