I think it is time for some serious debate:

I propose Icanhearpudding for the most "astringent" response to negative feedback.

His gems include:
Buyer: Items received Ok Communications could be improved
Reply: I'm sorry, I shall staple myself to the computer next time.

Buyer: 3 months on - no goods sent - no refund given
Reply: I'm cruising the Med' on your £8.50!

Buyer: slow service:
Reply Took you over a month to pay - I'm a week late in sending the item & I'M slow!

Buyer: Be sure to read all of his terms, conditions and fine print. Master of deceipt! Reply: utter bollo**s / these wan**ers agreed 2 T&C & then tried to get out of the sale

Buyer: ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, NEW DIDN'T REALLY MEAN NEW
Reply: 'As new' - a subjective term, & we're moaning about a couple of tiny marks!

However there are a lot of sellers giving good solid response to negative feedback, or even better, good insulting negative feedback.

What have you found?
Not all those who wander are lost. Tolkien
