Has anyone had a problem where AS won't have the checkbox to get shipping insurance on a particular item?
All of my items have shipping insurance checkboxes and I specify it on most, but for osme reason I have one item I've purchase that just won't provide that option to me onthe user interface.
I don't know if this is a bug or if there's some weird rule that my purchase is falling into that disallows shipping insurance -- but there's nothing peculiar about this purchase.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
