The best way to do that would be to set up the first item on Auction Sniper and let it do its thing. Meanwhile, set up an "unassisted" snipe on the eBay page for the second item and put it on your task bar so all you have to do is bring it up and click on "Bid" if you don't get the first one. Auction Sniper is pretty good about sending prompt notice of success or failure on a bid so you can start downloading e-mail every 30 seconds or so following the closing time for the first auction. If you get a "you won" notice from Auction Sniper, you can just cancel your "unassisted" snipe. If you get an "outbid" notice from Auction Sniper go ahead and try for the second item. Good luck!
Steve and Adam R.,

chrishan222 raises some interesting points that I'm curious about, but I don't see the answers in your replies. (It's true I can be an airhead, so please bear with me.)

1) The (two) items qualify for Bid Groups in that they end "minutes apart."

2) chrishan222 wants chance to snipe second item only if first item is won.

3) If first item is not won, chrishan222 asks if there is an automatic way to cancel the second snipe.

Apparently, chrishan222's desire is to win both, or none at all.

What about this specific scenario?

[I'm getting pretty good with these italics, don't you think? What should I try next? hehe]
Thanks, Neva. I went back and looked at the question again, which was: "If I win the first then I want the second, but if I'm outbid on the
first, any option to cancel second snipe automatically?"

You have diagnosed his wishes correctly. The solution I proposed would still work, however. He could set the first one up on Auction Sniper and set the second one up for a manual snipe which could be held on his task bar. If AS notified him that his bid on the first item was successful he could then bring up the second item from his task bar and bid on that as well. (It's very helpful to have a cheap timer from Radio Shack for this kind of thing, by the way.) If his first bid failed, he could just delete the snipe he had set up on the second item. Subject to correction by Adam, there's no feature of AS which would allow an "automatic cancellation" to be programmed
