ive just registered & given all details, email has been verified. Why can’t I logon?

Please be aware that we have agents which respond to support tickets around the clock and you can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site; login is not required to file a support case, and this is typically the most rapid way to receive assistance with your account or regarding a snipe.

Please file a support case letting us know the details of the account you have run into difficulty with, such as the username and the email address associated with the account and our support team will be able to look into it and assist you further.
Hi thank you for your reply & advice. As this is the first time I’ve needed to ask a question, I found the site difficult to navigate, so went for the first option that made some sense. I’ll look for a “support ticket” wherever that might be to see if I can get a solution of sorts
As noted in the previous post, you can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site - this is located near the top of the page along with the other menu headings (Home, Features, Pricing etc).
Just select the "Contact Support" option and a support form page will load for you to file a support case.
