Item Groups?

Hi,
I am sure I read somewhere that it is possible to using sniping to group a number of bids, if I was trying to bid on popular item. The idea was that the sniping tool carried on attempting to win until it had won one auction from the group. It then stopped bidding...

What is this called and is it available with Auction sniper?
